Jayant, a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Management Accountant, brings over 32 years of diverse experience.
He has worked with prestigious organizations like Arthur Andersen, Hughes, and Fidelity International. His expertise spans Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Telecom sectors, with deep knowledge in Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax & Regulatory compliance, and Risk Management. Jayant also serves on the Boards of several large corporates.
Ashok Gupta
Ashok brings over 40 years of expertise in corporate governance, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance. A qualified Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with Commerce and Law degrees, he excels in Corporate Laws, Joint Ventures, IPOs, and cross-border investments.
His strategic insights and government connections make him a trusted advisor across industries.
Sean Desouza
Sean, a Chartered Accountant and London Business School alumnus, has over 32 years of expertise in investment banking and international business operations, offering extensive knowledge across diverse sectors and a proven track record of professional excellence.
His career includes significant tenures at prestigious organizations such as Arthur Andersen, Oracle Corporation, and Satyam Computers.
Sean currently manages Brightbridge's Investment Banking division and oversees its international operations, with expertise in Business Development, Financial Management, Turnarounds, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Neeraj Kumar
Neeraj is a CPA with extensive global experience working with companies invested by large sovereign funds, special projects, advisory and transaction management. He has worked with the Ras Al Khaimah Sovereign fund looking after their global real estate portfolio (Rakeen) & mining assets (MEC Coal, Indonesia).
Over the course of his career Neeraj has been involved in multimillion dollar debt transactions, purchase and sale of equity, reporting, governance and diligence assignments.
Divyesh Goyal
Divyesh Goyal is a Partner at Brightbridge, possesses over 26 years of expertise in transaction advisory and consulting. Demonstrated leadership in various domains, including Transaction Advisory, Project Financing, Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, and Project Appraisals. Divyesh has worked with the Big 4 – PWC and Deloitte apart from large organisations such as GE-Baker Hughes, Al Futtaim etc.
He has led the comprehensive review of expenditure and monitoring for diverse development projects, showcasing meticulous financial oversight and project management skills.
